Good price, clean and spacious rooms, pet friendly, close to restaurants and the South Point Mall! I really appreciate that the Hyatt Place is dog friendly. Nice rooms, beds, bathroom. We were pleased with the Hyatt's amenities which added to our comfortable overnight stay. We highly recommend it. Clean hotel, good breakfast, excellent coffee and courteous staff. Friendly, Clean and Great Location. The Hyatt Place Durham Southpoint is located within walking distance to a premier shopping center like no other. Featuring over 150 stores in a colossal-sized mall, The Streets at Southpoint is a multi-level shopping destination that guests from our hotel fall in love with again and again. Dining options are just as abundant as our shopping variety, and guests love putting the two together for an eventful and unique day that only Durham can provide. The Gallery area, including the menu and market, is open 24/7 and provides a lounge to eat, greet, and meet. You will also find our coffee to cocktails bar and friendly hosts to assist you throughout your stay.
