The room was very clean. Staff was friendly. We enjoyed this great visit to Chicago. Clean hotel with great customer service. I was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. They stored our luggage when we got in early so we could take off. They also stored it after check out so we could take advantage of our brief stay. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the staff did an admirable job keeping the area clean and the choices well stocked. I loved the later check out time. Hyatt Place Chicago/ Downtown-The Loopis an 18-story building with 206 guest rooms conveniently located in the heart of the city. This new hotel is ideal for shopping, cultural & social favorites, business travel and many exciting events all just minutes away.
