The hotel is great. Staff from the laughing crew at the front door to the quiet friendliness of the housekeeping team are delightful. Rooms are very nice. Turndown staff leaves moonpies and candles at night. The ZaSpa was easy to book and we both had different tailored massages. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Room service and food were excellent!
