Service including valet, food, concierge, registration, checkout, room service and all interactions with hotel staff was excellent! We enjoyed our stay very much and are looking forward to returning! The bed was comfortable. We were there for a wedding. The hospitality suite, meals at the hotel restaurants and everything else was beautiful! Great stay! The bed was so comfortable and such a nice bathroom. We did have a delicious pizza once we got back to the hotel. We will be back! This is a very nice property and it is a bit like going back in time to an era of elegance when people had time to sit and chat and converse as well as enjoy long languid dinners and lunches with friends and family. The bar just off the lobby is a local watering hole and is interesting for its mix of people. The food in the Regency is okay, the service there is flamboyant at times with waiter/actors behaving expansively with theatrics and often playful voices and addresses to patrons.
