We are a community of believers worshipping in the Orthodox Christian tradition, first established in Philadelphia in 1934 and affiliated with the Diocese of the Armenian Church of America (Eastern). After a fire destroyed our sanctuary in 1964, we moved to our present location in Cheltenham, PA where we have been a fixture since 1966. Our families include native Philadelphians, individuals and families from Armenia, the Middle East, the former Soviet Union, and other parts of the U.S. Most of us are Armenian, some are non-Armenian; but we consider ourselves one family and one Church.
