Staff was friendly and the room was very clean. I would definitely stay again. Had a very good one night stay at this hotel. Clean, comfortable and very pleasant staff. The sitting area very comfortable. Great customer service and good selection for breakfast buffet. The staff was very helpful and the hotel was very nice looking. The service and accommodations were great! Beautiful clean hotel! Staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing! The Holiday Inn Express Richmond Midtown is conveniently located in the West End suburb of Richmond. We are only 1/2 mile from I-64, and 1 1/2 miles from I-95. Richmond's Downtown is only 4 miles away. The hotel is within walking distance of the newly expanded and renovated Shops at Willow Lawn, live theater at the Barksdale, antique shopping, and multiple casual and fine dinning restaurants.Our newly renovated hotel boasts BRAND NEW guest rooms, lobby area, entertainment lounge, upgraded fitness center, seasonal pool, large complimentary parking lot, complimentary hot breakfast buffet, and complimentary wi-fi.
