Clean room, high quality service, reasonable price. Everyone at the hotel was kind and friendly even though it was the week of Christmas and a blizzard. The desk clerk was most helpful in all aspects of a stressful time, up to driving us back to the airport (3rd trip) when the hotel shuttle wasn't running. 10 stars for Kristan!
