The room was clean and comfortable. Parking garage attendants a plus for your hotel. Will recommend. The hotel is nice. The staff was super quick and friendly. A good stay. All staff we dealt with were friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel staff was excellent! Nice hotel near attractions. This hotel is in an excellent location in the heart of Niagara Falls as it is very close to the Falls as well as the new casino. I stayed here for one night with four other people. It was a clean hotel room with friendly staff. From the moment you enter our soaring atrium lobby you'll feel like you are in a special place.
