Clean room. Excellent service from waitress Sam in restaurant. Excellent customer service provided by Koda. Every one of the staff we met were so warm, welcoming and helpful! Room as clean. We had a family member in the CTICCU at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. The best part of staying there was Sam, she was the nicest person we have ever met! Friendly and full of compassion. She is amazing. The world would be a much better place if there were more like her in it! Comfortable and pleasant room. A very good hotel and staff. My husband left his hat there. Stopped back later and housekeeping located the hat and returned it to us. Thank you! Room was very nice and clean. Five Star Rating.
