Brandon at the front desk was extremely helpful, he recommended a local diner that was delicious and worked to get us still checked in despite me having briefly lost my ID. The room was spotless and so comfortable. The Tavern was delicious and the service was kind and accommodating. We had a great time here, Stanford was a special and gracious host, a true asset to the property. The ladies at the desk were also great! We will be back. It was our first time staying at the Heathman Hotel. The tone was set with the gentleman who greeted us outside at our car. He was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. All the staff was great and the room was clean. Had a wonderful dinner at The Melting Pot which was walking distance.
