Very good. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Every person that you meet at this location is kind, helpful and a breath fresh air. Every person that we met had a smile on their face and was ready to be extremely helpful. This hotel is a gem. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel was spotless. Had a great time swimming in the pool and the breakfast and the breakfast staff were amazing. Thank you for allowing my Yorkie to come with us. Everything was clean and nice. A safe haven for both the weary business traveler or vacationing family. Located off Rt. 390, surrounded by fantastic restaurants, great shopping opportunities and very close to downtown Rochester. Rooms include a mini refrigerator and microwave along with the "On the House Breakfast" featuring 3 hot items each day including make your own Belgian waffles.
