The FABRIC hotel is a former textile workshop in the heart of Oberkampf district, located between Republique and Bastille. This is here, near the rue Oberkampf, that a popular new area called Menilmontant was developed in the 19th century during the industrial revolution. Working-class district during the day, with its craft shops, it became lively in the evening with its cabarets. The FABRIC Hotel has used this past industrial and popular atmosphere bringing a touch of modernity.
