Venue is situated on 10 acres of rolling meadows in Moody, TX, and are only 12 miles from Waco. Ceremony You have the flexibility to choose from several picturesque locations on the property for your wedding ceremony. Options include the serene lakeside setting on the grassy fields, the majestic oak tree providing a natural canopy, or the spacious Barn itself.   Reception You have two options for your reception: holding it inside the barn or outdoors among the lush green pastures. Recently upgraded Barn can accommodate anywhere from 50 to 250 guests for your reception. Outdoor space capable of holding up to 1000 guests amongst its large meadows and peaceful lake. You could have dinner inside the barn and enjoy the ambiance, while also having the dance floor set up outside in the fresh air. This arrangement allows you and your guests to dance under the starry sky.   Stay Within the venue, there are two houses available for accommodation. The Farmhouse can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests, while the Lakehouse is suitable for up to 4 guests. The charming historic Farmhouse, with its 3,704 square feet of space, serves as an ideal accommodation option during your wedding celebration. It offers everything you could desire, including an elegant dining room, classic architecture, rustic style, and ample space for memorable photoshoots. The Lakehouse offers a unique and picturesque experience with its 2 rooms, full kitchen, and a delightful deck that provides panoramic views of the lake and surrounding land. It is the perfect place to appreciate the beauty of nature. Imagine stepping out onto the porch in the middle of the night, settling into a comfortable chair, and gazing up at the starry sky of countryside, it is a truly magical moments. One of the charming features of our venue is the presence of cows and horse grazing near the farmhouse.
