"Best of Weddings" award winning Fairview Farm Events is an inclusive weekend, some Saturdays, Sunday and Weekday farm estate venue near Richmond, Virginia. Named for its stunning views and sunsets, we are celebrating our tenth year of bringing couples, family and friends together as we customize your package based on your individual needs. We are giving large discounts for remaining 2023 dates. We have four weekends and some Saturdays, Weekdays and Sundays remaining for 2023 at discounted rates. We provide a professionally decorated reception barn by season, planning services (not just a day of coordinator), a beautiful pavilion adjacent to the reception barn for your back up plan and DJ for your five hour events and we do all set up and clean up saving you thousands at our destination venue! There are multiple amazing vacation style properties which include a 1920's 4000 sq. foot dairy barn and 2000 sq. foot separate hay loft, a Charleston style renovated 1915 large farmhouse a 2000 sq. foot game room building and a beautiful lakefront home. We can host up to 50 guests at our resort style property for an entire or extended weekend or day only option.

Everyone comes to you for your wedding weekend, and we provide a complimentary rustic chic all-weather pavilion rehearsal site on the property as part of the weekend property for your rehearsal dinner, alternate ceremony site, and cocktail hour. Chandeliers and bistro lighting are throughout the property-both both inside and out! Fairview Farm restored its family farm estate in 2013. We are one of Virignia's own 115 acrefamily-owned farm estate for over 100 year. The family has continually expanded properties and services. There is so much to do on the property, and we do all set up and clean up for your wedding. The large, fully stocked pond also has a pontoon boat option, walking trail, corn hole, and more. The amazing game room building is unlike no other, and there are multiple fire pits included as well as many props such as a 1951 restored Ford red truck as well as another early truck and tractor for photos. Couples truly love that we include so much with our packages to create an incredible lasting memory. Fairview Farm Events offers two wedding packages, which consist of American, Italian, and Southern cuisine styles. In order to provide an enjoyable wedding experience for all, the following dietary restrictions are accommodated:

Accommodations
Fairview Farm Events accommodates up to 18 guests with its Basic Inclusive Weekend package and up to another 32 guests with its Premiere All-Inclusive Weekend package where 50 onsite guests can stay on the entire property as an option with a total of four different stunning properties. Find out how you can recover wedding costs and be able to have your friends and family stay on property. The fun, relaxing property also has an extra night stay option for a weekend package. You can save money for yourselves and your fmaily by having family and bridal party being able to stay on property and once you arrive; everyone comes to you for your weekend.

History
A 115-acre dairy farm built in 1915, Fairview Farm Events was originally owned and operated by the Blanton family. In late 2013, the venue underwent extensive renovations to become the exclusive wedding and event venue it is today.

Located west of Midlothian, Virginia, Fairview Farm Events is approximately 30 minutes from Midlothian VA and one hour from RIC airport, and we have multiple hotels and Airbnbs. We attract couples from all over the nation and beyond.
