Rooms were spotless, breakfast was great. The room was clean and comfortable. Counter service was excellent. I would like to acknowledge the awesome service that Winter provided my mom and me. We arrived with no luggage due to flight issues. She took such good care of us. Also thank you to Shivan for being very kind and helpful. Mother's Day weekend was enjoyable for my stay there. The staff was friendly and helpful in every way. My room was good as well. Will for sure refer to other veterans. I will be revisiting Charlotte and my hotel stay will be here. The location is near everything downtown, shopping and restaurants. Front desk staff was awesome. The complimentary breakfast had quite a few choices available and was a very nice way to start the day. The shuttle drivers were very nice and helpful. I would stay there again if I make my way back to Charlotte. Love the atmosphere. Very friendly. Great! Everyone was very nice. Suite feature: private bedroom with one king or 2 queen beds, separate living room with sofa bed and well lit dining/work table, wet bar, microwave, coffeemaker, and refregerator, two dual line telephones with modem hook up, two remote TV's with in room movies, private bath.Dining:On site restaurant, E'Terie, lunch (Tue - Fri only) and dinner and room service.
