Property Description

Great customer service! From the moment we arrived and were warmly greeted by Paris at the front desk I knew we were going to have a great stay. Accommodations were clean and well appointed. All staff we encountered were warm and friendly. The common areas were all clean and orderly. While we did not choose to partake in the complimentary breakfast, we did attend the Manager's Reception in the evening. That was nicely set up and the area was conducive to a relaxing visit with friends. This hotel was clean and in good order. Paris is a star employee and should be recognized for his contagious smile, welcoming personality and overall positive treatment of all at this hotel. We will return. Clean hotel with friendly staff and awesome breakfast buffet. Once deemed the Happiest Place in America (still highly ranked), San Luis Obispo is a wonderful Central Coast getaway.
