The property is in good shape, room and dining areas clean. The food was excellent. Most importantly, the staff! We had a large wedding group. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Top notch all the way! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. This is a fairly new Embassy Suites. It was large, well run and made for a very enjoyable stay. Staff was excellent. My brother has a heart problem. They carried our luggage to the room and helped me to stand from the seating in the lobby. Excellent breakfast and staff. Very friendly and helpful. Service and staff at the hotel was excellent. Our convention was scheduled for the Embassy Suites in Denton, Texas. Nice facility, well managed and very enjoyable. When the ice storm struck in the middle of our event, Gage Powers and his team stepped up! Food was great, staff stayed with us and created a warm, happy and well managed event in the face of a major storm. Well done Gage and team! From breakfast to close, a very special team and a very special event! BooYa! I love the facility, it was nice. This is a beautiful hotel. Clean room and comfortable.
