Check in person was helpful, polite and engaging. Overall a very good experience. At one point I had to call this young man as the TV was one of those new smart TV's and no one in our party could figure it out. He came immediately, showed us how to use it. All the while with a smile on his face and said if we ran into trouble again, he was on till 8PM and that the next person coming on would be more then willing to help if we needed. The people here were caring and friendly and helpful and I might add glad to do it. Our Econo Lodge at the University hotel is easy to find, easy to book and easy on your wallet.
