Overall the hotel was fine. The staff at check in and check out and bellhop provided excellent service. In a great location for the market with shuttle service to the market. Clean, comfy hotel with great staff! The Downtown Grand was a great hotel! Good location, friendly staff, the restaurants had a variety of selections, lots of machines and gambling. The room is cleaned, not smells at all even though it's pets friendly hotel. Staffs all are nice, valet's rates were reasonable, love itÔØñ´©Å thank you for making our short vacation enjoyable. Appreciate the shuttle to the NFR and the proximity of Freemont Street.
