Property Description

Excellent stay. Everything very clean. Nice photos in room. Appreciated being given a room for handicapped. I've stayed in Chicago six times now at three different hotels and this one by far had the most polite, friendly and helpful staff! In particular, the receptionists and Hector at the Starbucks counter/bar. Hector was a standout guy. The lady at Starbucks in the morning was super quick at her job also. Don't normally fill in surveys but these guys were worth a mention! The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Clean, quiet, helpful and friendly staff. Close to downtown Chicago, Arlington International Racecourse, Woodfield Mall and Ikea, the Courtyard by Marriott Chicago Schaumburg Hotel offers comfortable accommodations for business or pleasure.
