Conference & Event Services (CES) is part of the Housing & Residential Life department at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and provides affordable overnight housing in on-campus residence halls and apartments during the summer months. May 25 - August 11, 2024. CES assists a variety of individuals, organizations, and groups who stay in University housing over the summer by providing a single point of contact for contracts and billing in regard to securing campus venues such as classrooms, theaters, athletic facilities, and reception spaces along with dining options and meal plans. We host over 120 groups and 14,000 guests each summer and would love to welcome you to campus!
