Rooms,staff and service was excellent. breakfast needs more choices. Room was fine. Pool nice. Breakfast okay. We were part of a large party occupying at least five rooms, who came to Florida for a funeral. Our room was clean (super important to me) and comfortable. Front desk staff were personable and helpful both during our stay. Later when I discovered that I had left an item at the hotel, the staff tracked down the item and provided a procedure for having it returned. Maria, who attends the complimentary breakfast area, was delightful and very helpful. All in all, it was a positive experience. Comfortable and relaxing. Receptionist was pleasant. I will return soon. We stayed three nights. Used the exercise equipment daily. The hotel was clean. Our room was spotless and temperature comfortable. Location to our family and Holy Cross Hospital was perfect! Local restaurants very good also. Parking at the hotel was convenient. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
