Clean rooms and fantastic service! Manager Elsy was happy to accommodate my request to be in the main building which I was very grateful for. All staff members we interacted with were kind, professional and friendly. Happy to recommend! Great Stay! Good service and clean room! I love the free breakfast. The beds are very comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The price is very reasonable. This is our second stay at this hotel and we will come back again. It is conveniently located to the casino to all of the White Rat Trips or tubing trips. This facility is the former Cliffside Resort. Highlights include breakfast and it's close to Harper's Ferry; room was clean. It has a pool, attached bar/eatery and convenient parking. Very accommodating room. Great hotel.
