What makes our venue so different (other than we have an authentic WESTERN TOWN with lots of history!) is that we also have overnight accomodations and offer 2 DAY packages with overnight sleeping accomodations for 10 people! This allows you to have the entire venue from 11am Friday until 11am Sunday. Perfect for spending time and creating special memories with out of town guests, family and friends! We also offer other packages like a 24 hour package, a 12 hour package, a 6 hour package and even a 3 hour package for those brides on a tighter budget but still want a beautiful wedding & reception. Facilities and Capacity Chisholm Trail Rustic Venue offers an intimate and comfortable atmosphere with indoor reception seating for up to 150 guests (we provide enough tables & chairs for 120 people at no charge and we can assist you in renting more if needed). The venue depicts an old Western Town that sits on 4-1/2 acres of lovely, natural grounds and comes complete with a Jail, a Saloon and a Barn, as well as an Outdoor Wedding Ceremony Area that’s ideal for hosting wedding celebrations. There are several other locations on the property where couples can enjoy their festivities during their wedding weekend too such as the Outdoor Covered Pavilion, the Firepit, and numerous seating areas throughtout the property, plus a kid's play area! The Saloon is the perfect space to serve your drinks on your big day, while the Chowline can be used as a space to serve food. Chisholm Trail Rustic Venue also features a Cowboy Hotel, that sleeps two people, and a 4 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom beautiful Log Cabin Guesthouse, that sleeps 8 people and includes the Bridal Suite for the bridal party. The 'Jail' is located inside of the Western Town can be used as a space where the groomsmen can get ready before the wedding ceremony before they head to the Saloon. Lastly, we also have the Cowboy Hotel that is located within the Western Town that sleeps 2 people which offers a couple a very unique loft room for those who want to 'hang their hat' for the night!
