Located just outside of Las Vegas, Nevada, Cherry Clouds Oasis is a unique desert destination that hosts receptions, parties and other special events. Owners and operators Stacey and Liko offer themed vintage trailers for guests to enjoy glamping surrounded by panoramic views. The party does not have to end at this venue.. you can stay all night! This is a one of a kind setting to experience an evening to remember. Being a remote, outdoor venue, Mother Nature offers a stunning place to gather amidst her stunning sunsets and starry skies! Facilities and Capacity The two-and-a-half acres of Cherry Clouds Oasis abound with picturesque sights and delightful elements with a maximum capacity of 100 guests. The central gathering space is 400 square feet in size - a covered patio with concrete flooring that draws inspiration from mid-century design. The pink retro breeze-block style panels and colorful Chinese lantern lighting create a stylish and whimsical background for dinner and dancing. The patio also features a small bar (perfect for a cake!) and dining tables with retro lime-green “bubble” chairs for up to 24 guests. There is a separate bar/catering service area for a bartender or buffet set up. Restroom facility is a bright pink porta potty furnished with hand sanitizer and a hand washing station. Stacey and Liko offer four vintage travel trailers, a boat and a school bus all decorated with themed interiors and a sense of fun. These trailers are great to hang out in, to use as photography backdrops, and as overnight accommodations for guests. Consider them for unique trailer 'activations' such as tarot card reading, caricature drawing, or a smoking lounge (They're 420 friendly!) Gem Stoned is a 1967 Shasta with diamond accents, amethyst lighting, and a sparkling exterior mural. Sahara is a 1969 Boles Aero in pristine original condition with a golden Egyptian theme and a six-foot King Tut statue inside. And Knottie Girl is a 1977 renovated boat, bringing the neon vibes inside and out with a bar on the back and a stage on the front! Cant forget about the spooky doll trailer and a Japanese izakaya with snacks and a karaoke mic! There is even a wingless 1960s Cessna airplane in front to hang out in! There is an add-on option for a 16 ft canvas glamping tent for any kind of use whether the bar/lounge or for guests to sleep. You may get a full festival vibe going with our BYO tent option for additional guests too! This property is off the electrical grid- everything is solar-lit after dark and uses battery lights within the trailers. We have decent cell service here! Services Offered Cherry Clouds Oasis hosts wedding receptions ONLY (no ceremonies unless its a renewal) as well as engagement parties, bachelorette & bachelor weekends/retreats, and rehearsal dinners. The venue offers use of around 50 chairs and has on-site parking for a limited amount of vehicles. You may avail of event planning, on-site accommodations, upgraded lighting, and event rentals. The team will also advise you on preferred vendors who know the venue and will be sure to enhance your celebrations.
