The mansion can sleep up to 40 adults comfortably. Add in the large outdoor pool and jacuzzi spa, and you have all the makings for a perfect family and friends celebratory weekend! Chelsea Sun estate rental fee includes all of the following amenities:

• Grants you and your guests 24 hr private use of the mansion
• Professional grade custom event tent that can seat up to 250 guests. Additional tent add-ons can be rented to accommodate larger parties. The tent resides on concrete and has clear sidewalls/ heaters if needed for inclement weather

• Tables with white table linens & white chiavari chairs for up to 250 guests (additional tables/ chairs can be rented if needed).

• Reception area setup/breakdown, trash removal during event and time of stay

• Choice of ceremony spot with 250 white chairs (additional chairs can be rented if needed)

Chelsea Sun Wedding Packages also includes a full complimentary breakfast for you & all of your overnight guests the following morning. Our hearty country-style breakfast includes eggs (your way), toast, bacon, pancakes, waffles, granola & fresh fruit, coffee and tea. Special group rates & discounts are available for the full property rental on the day before/ after your scheduled event date if you would like to create an extended weekend getaway for you & your guests.
