Really enjoyed our two day stay. Every staff member we came in contact with was so friendly and accommodating (Sam, Nick, Cara, Tina, Mike, Jordan and that awesome maintenance man who tended to our balcony)! We believe Sam gave us the best room with a view. Food and drinks were excellent at both the Lakehouse Tap and Grill and the Carousel Bar. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Enjoyed the outdoor pool and the best hot tub. Relaxed at the firepits in the evenings. So much to see and do in the area. Thanks to the front desk staff and concierges Cara and Tina for recommendations. Cannot wait to go back! Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. we will return to this hotel the next time we are in the area. Beautiful hotel, excellent service, wonderful weekend. The staff and hotel were Excellent! My husband and I were in town for a quick overnight and were so pleased with the property. We had two meals and a couple drinks at the bar/restaurant, all fabulous! Our room was clean and spacious and even had turn down service complete with chocolates on our pillows (who does that anymore?). We enjoyed walking the outdoor property and look forward to coming back in season to take in all in during warmer weather when the surrounding area is bustling. The staff was very friendly and professional from front desk to housekeeping. Would 100% recommend! Chautauqua Harbor Hotel Jamestown covered all the bases! Great rooms and friendly staff! Our room was large and very comfortable with king bed, couch and two lounge chairs. Very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed good drinks and food at both the bar and restaurant and helpful and friendly staff. This is a very pretty location on Chautauqua Lake. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The grounds are well kept. Very nice hotel, comfortable and setting around the lake and lighthouse is beautiful.
