Great stay. Would highly recommend this hotel. Had a very nice stay, used the pool and hot tub, breakfast hit the spot, the assistant manager, Michael, was friendly, professional and extra attentive to my family. The staff are so friendly and helpful! This is our second stay here and it's so helpful to have a place that we enjoy when visiting our son in Upper Iowa University. Comfortable bed, large fridge., tasty breakfast. Employees were very helpful and flexible; clean room. After many hours on the road, C.J. and Bailey welcomed me at the front desk. They answered any questions I had and they treated me with respect. I was expecting 6 more people and they said that they would let them know where I was. No one had a problem checking in and I had a very easy time checking out. The entire staff was very friendly and made for an inviting atmosphere. My only regret is that I probably won't ever be going back to Fayetteville, IA. Great customer service.
