We can help you find the perfect condo, cabin or cabins for a small group of 12 friends, 40 salesmen for a corporate sales meeting all the way to a youth retreat of 100. Cherokee Orchard features a year around indoor pool with the cabins boasting their own theaters, large common areas and chef's kitchens. These cabins range in size from 8 bedrooms up to the 20 bedroom, Grand Orchard capable of sleeping over 100 people with a 2500 sq.ft common area.Corporate groups can host meeting using the 65in tv over the fireplace and host a break out secession in the theater. Plan on using the common area for extra activities such as a meet and great or final get together dinner.We also manage 60 two-bedroom condominiums in Baskins Creek Condominiums which are also walking distance to the Gatlinburg Convention Center or Cherokee Orchard. These are fantastic deals when looked at by the bedroom. Baskins Creek, has a meeting room that can seat 50 in classroom fashion. Policies / Expenses Cancellation: Changes made up until 60 prior to arrival in Cabins and 30 days prior to arrival in Condos. Cancellations before that point results in the loss of the reservation fee portion of the deposit. Cherokee is $160 to $250 plus the tax , Baskins is 42.80+tax Typical Group Deposit: 25% Total Taxes: 12.75% Total Misc Fees: $116.37 USD (mandatory resort fees/taxes)
