Friendly staff, clean room, everything works, liked the spa. This is probably one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Very relaxing. The staff and facilities at the hotel met all of my expectations. I especially want to acknowledge Maria, a receptionist, who helped me deal with a vending machine and find my glasses! Best hotel in Lebanon!
