We were greeted warmly and given a very nice room. Good hotel. Our favorite hotel. Great staff. I had the best experience staying here. When I first checked in, the staff were wonderful. Aaron was beyond amazing. He was assisting a disgruntled man checking in who was having issues with his payment card. Aaron was extremely patient, even when getting yelled at and went above and beyond to call the bank and help walk the man through the entire process. I was incredibly impressed that he never lost his cool or raised his voice despite the abuse. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was great and I loved the citrus scent of the provided toiletries. Walking through the halls, it still smelled new. The free breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. Eggs, hashbrowns, CRISP bacon, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt so good! The coffee was hot and strong and I loved the flavored creamer selections. The parking lot is a bit small and the lot was full when I returned. The security guard came out and graciously allowed me to park along the curb against the hotel so it'd still be covered by the security cameras. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I already have plans to stay here again during my next conference. Everything was new and clean.
