A pleasant visit. The front desk clerks were very efficient and pleasant. The rooms were clean and look new. We had a really nice room. Complementary breakfast and happy hour! Would definitely stay here again. We've stayed here a few times and each time, the people are consistently friendly and welcoming! The rooms are clean and comfortable. We visited this hotel for the 2022 balloon festival. Rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly and willing to assist where needed. The 'cafeteria' served traditional breakfast and about a dozen items were on the dinner menu but all food was very satisfactory. Also there are several cafes or restaurants nearby (within walking distance). Overall a very satisfactory experience. We are located in historic Downtown Durango one short block from restaurants, shopping, galleries, nightlife and the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad. The hotel has undergone a refresh of the public spaces and guestrooms in 2018. The property features 102 non-smoking guestrooms with either 1 king bed or 2 queens all with refrigerators and microwaves.
