I requested a handicap room for my wife, we found it to be very accommodating. Christina, the desk clerk, was so helpful and professional. She made sure that we were comfortable throughout our stay. Julian in the breakfast court was also very professional and he made sure we had everything we needed. His work ethic really spoke for itself. Please let these employees know that because of their professionalism, people notice this and appreciate them very much. Great to be there! Feels like home to me!
