The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. Very friendly and helpful people at front desk. If you needs to stay in Great Bend, this is the place. Very clean, spacious rooms, complementary water and cappuccino 24/7. Would definitely stay here again. This hotel was exactly what we needed for a weekend baseball tournament! The pool area was great and not too enclosed to feel like you were in a sauna, the courtyard was great for teams to get together and hangout and our room was spacious!
