Very freindly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent staff was pleasant, patient no matter what the situation; always worked hard to fix it and please you at the same time. Tried out multiple choices. I booked the room to be in Boston for an early morning medical appointment. We arrived at 8:00pm the night before to a very gracious front desk clerk. The room was spacious, very well stocked, clean and comfortable. It afforded me a full night's sleep without disturbance. Wish we would've had an opportunity to eat there. It smelled delicious in the lobby! Will stay again and tell my friends. Nice! Outstanding staff, service and hotel. It was a wonderful experience.
