Staff was very courteous, answered all questions and showed genuine concern about my family stay. I love the fact the hotel is pet friendly. We felt safe, I liked the well lit parking lot. I recommend this hotel for its convenience, pricing and staff. The property was very neat and clean! Feel right at home at our Baymont Inn & Suites Port Arthur hotel.
