Facilities and Capacity Bay Path Barn offers a combined event space of over 4000 square feet spread across the main barn area and 1700+ square foot rear room. When you rent the Barn, you get the complete Barn with both rooms. The large function room features hardwood floors and a stage that is ideal for DJ and band performances. For a personal touch, couples can transform this space to their liking with their chosen decor and drapery items. Outside, the picturesque farm offers ample opportunities to take photos and embrace the beauty of nature. The Barn has installed a White Gazebo exterior to the left front corner and behind and to the side, a lovely waterfall. To the right rear corner of the Barn, a natural-colored gazebo is screened, lighted, and with a fan and to the south, a fenced play area for children. Services Offered The Bay Path Barn staff strives to provide couples with all the essentials for their wedding celebration. They can offer 20 five-foot round tables and 160 comfortable chairs to seat guests for the evening reception. The barn also has a full bar and designated area that outside vendors can use to keep their food warm for serving. Couples may receive a list of recommended caterers that serve plate-ready food. The Barn will supply the bar staff for all events as required. Parking is in plentiful supply in a large lot next to the barn, offering guests the convenience and flexibility to bring their own vehicles. The complete facility is sprinkled and ADA Accessible.
