For Meetings, the Town Hall is the largest conference room with a capacity of 275 people set theater style. Three grand chandeliers highlight the 17 foot ceilings and natural light from 8 foot windows guarantee an exceptional working or exhibition environment, day or night. The adjacent sun porch can be used for registration, breaks or even a small breakout meeting. The Town Hall is an elegant option for banquets, with high ceilings, chandeliers and vistas of the golf course. The Sun Porch, which opens onto a multi-level deck, serves as perfect location for a cocktail reception.

A grand room seating up to 250, affords spectacular views of Lake Champlain and Basin Harbor. The gently curving facade maximizesthe panoramic view. Breakfast and dinner are served daily for resortguests. Dinner is an elegant five course dining experience and appropriate attire is required.

The Red Mill restaurant offers a deck that can be private for lunches and dinner for up to 70 people. The bright and open room looks out onto the grass airstrip. The Red Mill has the ambiance and charm of an old barn. Many years ago it was used to mill the wood that was used to build our cottages. Employees starting congregating there and it became a popular gathering spot. Some years later, they invited the guests to join them and as they say, "the rest is history".

Immediately adjacent to the Main Dining Room, The Terrace Room offers private meals for up to 100 guests. Abundant natural light and a view of Lake Champlain and some of Basin HarborÔÇÖs spectacular gardens make it a popular choice. Direct access to an outdoor walkway allows the flexibility of combining an indoor/outdoor function.

Adjoining the Main Dining Room, the Garden Room is a classic space overlooking our Chef's Garden brimming with fresh herbs, perennials, and colorful annuals. It is the perfect space for intimate gatherings or smaller meetings.

The Club Room is conveniently located off the Lodge Lobby, with direct access to the Lodge deck overlooking Lake Champlain. This room is well suited for a variety of functions. Its versatility allows for any type of meeting set-up with plenty of natural light and full audio visual capabilities.
