The hotel staff was professional. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful to my concerns. The Ayres was a great place to stay! We were there three nights for a wedding in the area. They were very accomadating to us and the other wedding guests with some early check ins and others, late! It is a very clean facility, staff was delightful! Excellent breakfast. Nice clean hot tub and pool. Overall, very good. When I suddenly had to make a reservation, the lady who answered was very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist and make the reservation possible! Hotel was clean and comfortable. Very clean and comfortable room. Enjoyed our stay here. I would definitely stay here again. The staff were so cooperative not only to guests but to their coworkers as well, which shows that they appreciate their jobs, a very cohesive group of employees, which is reflected in the way they treat their guests. Location was close to my friends wedding venue(s) and food restaurants. Room was good. Breakfast was nice. Friendly staff.
