The Artesia DES Cutural Center is comprised of two buildings, the Historic Community center originally built in 1927 as well as the Grand Event Hall, newly built in 2010. The Grand Event Hall banquet room can comfortably seat over 400 guests or host seminars or meetings for up to 700. It features a full service bar and lobby that is perfect for smaller events and receptions, a state of the art kitchen, A/V equipment, portable stage and dance floor. The historic community center can comfortably seat 200 dinner guests. This rustic building features a full service bar, stage and balcony seating. The Artesia DES Cultural center is known for our accomodating atmosphere, flexible hours, and rich Portuguese culture.
