The club's 7,000 square feet of meeting space includes the Palmer Terrace (2,000 square feet), Palmer Room (1,500 square feet), Palmer East (660 square feet), Bay Window (1,300 square feet), a hospitality room and three executive boardrooms seating six to 12 persons. There also is an outdoor patio, caf├® and pool-view room. For larger groups, the Palmer Terrace, Palmer Room and Palmer East join to provide 4,200 square feet of meeting space.The banquet rooms can accommodate sit-down dinners of up to 250 persons, receptions of 400 or more, or smaller, intimate dinner or luncheon gatherings of 10 or 20 people.Meeting rooms are equipped with easels, flipcharts, high-density overhead projectors and screens, TVs, VCRs, slide projectors, podiums, and microphones. Additional audio-visual equipment is available upon request.As is true throughout the club, the emphasis always is on providing personalized service to visiting groups.
