Facilities and Capacity Abe & Jake’s Landing does not want for space. The Main Banquet Hall can seat 450 people. The Mid-Level Mezzanine can seat an additional 50 to 60 guests. Visitors to the venue are struck by its beauty as much as its dimensions. The floor is covered by a combination of lovely finished wood and natural stone flooring. The walls are made of stunning red and brown brick. Industrial ceiling beams pay tribute to the building’s history, and the high ceilings lend a sense of lofty elegance to the facility. Two get-ready rooms provide space for the wedding party to relax before the ceremony. The West Suite comes complete with full-length mirrors and a lounge area. The East Suite includes a flatscreen television and a dartboard. Services Offered Abe & Jake’s Landing will work with you to ensure that all the pieces are in place for your big day. They will create a floor plan for your event, and they will make arrangements relating to the provision of alcohol. On the day of your celebration, they will set up the tables and chairs and they will array all linen belonging to the venue. Audio-visual equipment and items of decor, including chandeliers and alters, are also available for rental. For your convenience, the venue is happy to provide you with a list of preferred caterers. You are not required to choose one of these providers, but the venue can attest to the quality of every vendor named in their list.
