Excellent place to stay in Bentonville. We loved it. Rooms were kept so clean and the cleaners were so nice! Love the penguins' "mobility." Front desk was mostly helpful, depending on who was on duty. Please put a note on bedside phone that you must push TALK to make phone work. In an emergency, this is ESSENTIAL. The Hive is excellent. Hotel combines with an #A1 art gallery and excellent staff! Guests must plan to dine in The Hive, C21's honeycomb decor restaurant for the most pleasurable mealtimes and dishes worthy of a Michelin star! A spacious room with art throughout; convenient downtown location. We caught the beautiful snow and were able to fully enjoy it walking in Bentonville and around the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art! I love this location! I've been wanting to stay at one of your properties and was happy to discover you were in Bentonville! The staff was so friendly and accommodating, the food was great and the penguins brought a smile every day. I travel often and can't wait to stay at another 21c! Hotel had interesting decor and the staff was great. Very clean and detailed room.
