eVentGuru Insight The venue showcases the owners' dedication to Athens by providing a beautiful event space and supporting the nonprofit 501 Exchange during non-event times. 1051 Baxter Our venue, located at 1051 Baxter St., is proudly owned by a group of families who care deeply about Athens and our community. In September 2022, they bought the building, renovated it, and opened it to the public. Besides hosting events, our space also supports a nonprofit ministry called The 501 Exchange when it’s not being used for events.
