The Fillmore Charlotte is a prominent, flexible entertainment venue housed in a historic textile mill in Uptown Charlotte’s Fourth Ward. Opened in June 2009, the venue pays homage to the original Fillmore in San Francisco, featuring red oak hardwood floors, red-painted walls, vintage concert posters, towering chandeliers, and stadium-style tiered seating with excellent sightlines. The venue’s spacious 25,000 ft² main hall accommodates up to 2,000 concertgoers (standing) or 500 seated guests, with a banquet-style capacity of around 420 and theatre-style seating for approximately 830. Equipped with state-of-the-art sound and lighting, multiple bar areas, a VIP lounge, and support for in-house production and catering, it easily adapts for concerts, corporate events, weddings, receptions, and meetings.
