Swedish Hill is a modern, upscale bakery-deli-café rooted in the legacy of Austin’s Sweetish Hill (est. 1975). After a 2019 renovation by McGuire Moorman Lambert, we were rebranded and now reflects a sleek, airy design inspired by London and New York city bakeries. With locations across Austin—including “Little Swedish” on West 6th, Westlake Hills, and the new South First site—it’s become a local favourite. We serve a full-day menu: freshly baked artisan breads, flaky pastries (croissants, morning buns), bagels, cookies, plus made-to-order sandwiches, salads, soups, rotisserie chicken, smoked fish, and caviar—paired with quality coffee, tea, wine, and beer.
