Swedish Hill blends artisanal bakery charm with full deli-café sophistication—ideal for breakfast pastries, lunch sandwiches, curated grocery finds, or custom catering—across multiple stylish Austin venues. Swedish Hill is a modern, upscale bakery-deli-café rooted in the legacy of Austin’s Sweetish Hill (est. 1975). After a 2019 renovation by McGuire Moorman Lambert, we were rebranded and now reflects a sleek, airy design inspired by London and New York city bakeries. With locations across Austin—including “Little Swedish” on West 6th, Westlake Hills, and the new South First site—it’s become a local favourite. We serve a full-day menu: freshly baked artisan breads, flaky pastries (croissants, morning buns), bagels, cookies, plus made-to-order sandwiches, salads, soups, rotisserie chicken, smoked fish, and caviar—paired with quality coffee, tea, wine, and beer. The bakery also stocks curated grocery items and offers catering, custom cakes, and online ordering. Atmosphere & Design
