First comes love, then comes marriage, then comes smoked meats and the birth of two babies and a business. I moved to Tulsa from Austin, Texas 10 years ago to plan a backpacking trip through Asia. I found a job and a lady but was not able to find the barbecue from home that I grew up loving. Thanks to youtube and passion we figured out how to make the best Central Texas-style barbecue in the state! We park our mobile trailer at breweries, can be hired for special events, and can cater to any meeting or party you need!
