Josephine’s is so proud and honored to be named a 2023 Top 200 Salon in North America by Salon Today! This is our 15th time being honored by the prestigious publication and though this is always an exciting accomplishment for us, it is even more special after successfully navigating the challenges of the past three years. Founded in 1933, the Intercoiffure America/Canada organization is the most powerful and influential organization in the hairdressing industry. To be considered for the group, an in-state sponsor must approve and accompany the invite-only membership. Intercoiffure determines the standards of the hair industry so salons (like ours) can bring you the best-of-the-best service and styles. Rest assured, salons with an ICA accreditation are of the highest quality. We’re one of the few in the Houston metropolitan area with this distinction, and we won’t take it for granted. Similar to a fine wine, our Josephine’s family is only getting better with age! Membership to Intercoiffure will give us access to the crème de la crème of the hair industry. Meaning, our staff will be able to learn insider tricks of the trade and up-and-coming styles to deliver to our guests.
