Gjusta began in fall 2014 as a commissary kitchen providing bread and pantry items for our restaurants Gjelina and GTA, but quickly grew to be much more. Gjusta is a California deli, bakery, café, and market created to serve market-driven, seasonal food to our community. Our menu, space, and offerings change as we go, evolving with the seasons and the needs of our neighborhood. Gjusta sources nearly all of its fresh produce directly from our long-standing relationships with Southern California farmers, and most of our meat and seafood is sourced from local ranchers, fishermen, and co-ops. We shop at five farmer’s markets throughout the week and receive deliveries daily.
