Facilities and Capacity The Grand Manor Home functions as a get-ready room for you and your wedding party as you prepare for your special day. You can use one of their many outdoor ceremony sites to exchange vows including the popular Four Seasons Garden. Guests can then gather in the Courtyard for a cocktail reception before proceeding to the barn for a dinner reception. Heartwood Hall can accommodate 350 guests. Services Offered Heartwood Hall is more than a venue. Their award winning staff guides you through every detail of planning from catering, layout, decor, coordination and more. They give you a one-of-a-kind, stress-free experience. Rental of Heartwood Hall includes exclusive access to the entire property for seven hours, use of the bridal suite in the Manor House with access to the porch, exclusive use of Heartwood Hall and Cedar Hall for your engagement photos, access to the parlor for family to relax before the ceremony and parking with professional attendants. When hosting your ceremony in the Four Seasons Garden is includes 350 padded white chairs, aisle lanterns to line the brick walkway, welcome table with water and signage, and an ornate chandelier. Cocktail hour in the Courtyard includes set up and clean up, fresh floral displays and outdoor heaters when necessary. Receptions include round or square tables, high-top bistro tables, floor length white linens and linen toppers, choice of linen napkins and charger plates, candlelight throughout the barn, rustic gift cart, sweetheart table for two, table numbers and 350 dark brown Chiavari chairs. They also offer reception upgrades including personalized cocktail napkins, custom centerpiece design, custom photo backdrop, hand-letter signage, lawn games, and fire pits.
